• Merchandise must be in new/original condition
• Merchandise must be packaged in the original manufacturers box (included packaging materials)
• Merchandise must included all original manuals, remotes or any other accessories that came with the merchandise
• Merchandise must be returned following Affordable Heat, LLC's Return Merchandise Procedure

3 Step Return Policy:

Step 1:  Read the online Return Policy, then complete and submit the online RMA form
Step 2:  Receive a response email from the RMA Department within 2 business days of submitting a request.  Emails can sometimes be blocked by spam and junk mail filters.  If you have not received an email after 2 business days, please contact customer service at 1-888-499-8656 (option 2).
Step 3:  Receive your prepaid shipping label via email or postal mail. Package the unit in the original box along with original packaging materials and accessories. Returned units must be shipped within 5 business days of receiving the return shipping label.  The unit must be received by Affordable Heat, LLC within 10 business days of receiving the return shipping label.



Important Return Information:

• Please remember to obtain a return shipping label BEFORE returning products to our warehouse, as returns will not be accepted without a valid return shipping label. 
• All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs.
• Replacements will be shipped to the original shipping address on file unless otherwise requested.  Affordable Heat, LLC will not be held responsible for shipping errors due to outdated addresses.
• All RMA's must be packaged properly and returned in the original box with the original packaging
• If a customer cancels and order after it has already shipped, refuses the package from our carrier, or if the item is returned to us after three delivery attempts, a restocking fee of 15% and two-way shipping will be deducted from the customers refund
• Return postage fees, duties and taxes will not be refunded
• RMA's are good for 7 business days after being issued
• All replacements will be sent out via UPS or FedEX.

Help prevent package damage or loss:

Use a box strong enough to support the weight of the contents Ship cases in corrugated shipping containers Securely seal contents at risk from leakage Use at least two inches of appropriate cushioning material to protect items from each other and the corners, sides, top, and bottom of the box Reinforce package edges to protect from bending Securely seal package closures and seams with reinforced tape Include complete address information and telephone numbers on the label

1. How do I obtain a RMA number?
Please complete and submit our Online RMA Request Form. Click Here to fill out that form. 

2. After I receive my RMA number, where do I sent my RMA package to?
Affordable Heat, LLC will email you with a shipping label and directions on where to ship the unit back to.
Note:  All returns must have an RMA number and a label or they will be refused by Affordable Heat, LLC's warehouse

3. How long will it take to process my RMA?
Once you have submitted a request, it will be processed and you will be contacted within 2 business days.  Emails are sometimes blocked my spam and junk mail filters.  If you are not contacted within 2 business days of submitting a request please contact customer service at 1-888-499-8656 (option 2).

4.  How is my refund applied?
Refunds are always issued back to the original credit card used for purchase.  If you paid by check, the refund will be issued with a company check and sent to the shipping address on file.
