Affordable Heat, LLC offers free shipping and handling for all orders shipped to any one of the 48 contiguous United States. Standard shipping is through FedEX ground service.
* We do not ship products to Canada!
* Orders that are requested to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or a U.S. Military APO/FPO address, will incur an additional shipping charge per unit ordered. Please call in for order assistance!
*Alaska & Hawaii customers responsible for shipping costs under warranty.
Please allow up to 10 business days for FedEX ground transit time once your item has shipped. You can track you order online at www.fedex.com
Because we cannot predict what our workload will be, no Affordable Heat, LLC employee can guarantee shipping faster unless expedited (rush delivery) shipping is available, purchased and processed while we are on the phone with our customer.
**Part purchases are shipped through USPS (United States Postal Service)
Unit will be shipped/processed from our warehouse within 24 hours of ordering. (Holiday and weekend orders will be processed the following business day.) This is a non-refundable add-on unless unit arrives damaged. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Expedited Shipping and Handling
Overnight, 2-day and 3-day shipping is only available for items which are currently in-stock. In order to determine that an item is available for expedited shipping, please call us at 888-499-8656 to verify that the order can be filled in time.
Address Correction Fees
Orders which have been submitted to Affordable Heat, LLC with incorrect address information and have not been corrected before they are shipped will incur a $15.00 charge.
Incorrect address information would include:
Missing apartment or suite number, wrong house number, missing company name, wrong zip code, multiple addresses listed in the street field, or any other error which would render the package undeliverable resulting in it being either returned to us, or held for correct address information by the carrier.
Incorrect addresses may also result in delayed delivery.

The $15.00 fee may be charged to Affordable Heat, LLC by FedEX when packages are undeliverable due to lack of, or bad information in the address field. This fee will be billed to the credit card the order was originally placed under. If you feel you have been charged in error, please contact us at 888-499-8656 so we may dispute the fee with the package delivery company.

Damaged Items and Lost Packages
If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will send a call tag to pick up the damaged item from you, as well as send you a new replacement unit. Damaged call tags are good for 1 week after the replacement unit is received. If the damaged item is not in transit back to Affordable Heat, LLC within 7 days after receipt of a replacement unit, additional charges will be issued.
Lost packages must be reported to Affordable Heat, LLC within 30 days of order placement. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. Please contact us at 1-888-499-8656 as soon as possible if your order has not arrived. We will not be held responsible for notifications after 30 days from the original date of order placement.
Once an order is submitted, any cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No Exceptions. This includes any refusal of the package from UPS or any returned package to Affordable Heat, LLC. A restocking fee of 15%, and the return shipping fee will be deducted from the customers refund if package is refused at time of delivery. Affordable Heat, LLC has a no return policy for all parts and filters.
